No sleeping in for me tomorrow because I will be working. SIGH. We need all the money we can get but I was looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. Oh well. There goes that plan. At least I already have Abigail watched so I don't have to worry about that.

Brrrrr
Baby it's cold outside! And my hands are itchy from my eczema so winter is officially here. I'm ready for spring. :) Not much has happened since Abigail's potty excitement last week. Monday night was the ladies Christmas party. I always have fun and eat too much. I brought Abigail since Jacob would be there so they could play together. They had fun. Jacob gave Abigail a baby doll with bottle so she was happy. Tuesday night was the start of the nasty weather. We were able to make it up our hill each time so we were happy about that. I had to work Saturday since the breakfast lady was sick so I was running around trying to find a babysitter for Abigail since Travis had his breakfast and then it was cancelled. Abigail was already staying the night at my parents so we just left here there. This week I put up the Christmas tree. I brought it down from the attic and put it up myself. SIGH. Saturday while I was at work Abigail went with my mom to the Linwood library for their Santa event. Santa gave Abigail a stuffed dog, ring, pencil, and coloring book. Then she glued some decorations on a picture frame. She had lots of fun. That night was the church Christmas banquet so we had a good time there. Wednesday night we picked up Spider Man 3 from the library. Abigail watched it about 3 times yesterday. LOL Tonight is the class Christmas party so Abigail is going to stay the night with Aunt Shannie. At this point I don't have to be up early so I am ready to take some sleeping pills and CRASH! It's hard to sleep with my itchy hands so I'm ready to sleep in tomorrow then pick up Abigail at some point.

P-O-T-T-Y
Last night Abigail went poo poo in the potty for the first time! Yipee!! Up until this point whenever she would have that poo feeling she would hide and tell us to go away. Last night she said she had to go to the bathroom (she has been doing that with pee pretty frequently lately) and I was busy in the kitchen so Travis took her. He said that she was sitting on the potty and then covered up her face and went poo poo in the potty. I told her that soon we would go pick out some panties for her since she does both in the potty. I told her that when she starts to wear panties that she has to go potty all the time so we'll see what happens. I was very proud of her last night, that she has gotten this far. Tomorrow at 10 is storytime at the library for her age so that should be fun. Saturday is the church banquet and next week is party week with two parties for me. :) It will be fun.

Storytime
Today Abigail and I went to the library. I thought that they didn't have storytime until they were 3. I found out today that they start storytime at 1. We missed the toddler storytime at 10 that would be Abigail's group but they let us come in to the preschool group afterwards. I've never taken Abigail to storytime b/c I thought she was too young. We went today and she had so much fun! They started with a song, read a book, had craft time, and then a snack. Abigail participated very well. She was excited to make the craft, a turkey, because it involved gluing. She made a cute "cup turkey." I'll have to post a pic. She didn't seem to interested in the book (I think it was a little too long for her) but she liked everything else. The snack time was popcorn and apple juice so she was happy. It was about half an hour long. Now she is down for a nap.

Play Date #2
Yesterday Abigail had a play date with Jacob at his house. We were there for about 5 hours and they had so much fun together. We made chocolate chip cookies and we enjoyed that. Abigail had a fit when it was time to leave. On the way back home she fell asleep (around 5 p.m.) so no lighting ceremony at the Legends for us since it started at 6. We let her sleep for about an hour and a half then she kind of woke up herself. About 7:30 or so we went up to the Legends so we could see the pretty lights. Abigail was very excited to see the big tree all lit up. We ate at Outback since I still had the gift card from the fall festival. It was yummy. I had a coupon for a free Bloomin Onion but I was able to get Aussie Cheese Fries instead so I was happy with that. We were home about 9:30 and Abigail was not as tired as I was. She went to sleep pretty good though. I can't believe that Thanksgiving is this week! I haven't decided if I'm going to go out on Black Friday this year or not. I'll probably see what sales they are going to have and if there's anything I can afford to get that I want. This week church will be on Tuesday night instead of Wednesday b/c of the holiday. I have to babysit Tuesday night so I will miss it but we will have a free night on Wednesday so I'm looking forward to that too. I don't know what we are going to do today. We'll see how the day goes. Just in case I don't post anymore this week, I pray everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Play Date
Today Abigail had a playdate with Braden Dixon. She is very excited. At 9 she said "I am ready to go." I asked her where and she said "Jennifer's house." LOL It was so cute. I have been telling her for a couple of days we were going to Jennifer's house to play with Braden so she wants to go. Right now she is watching Sesame Street and when its over we are going to go in town to run errands before going to Raymore. An update on those free cards: they changed the expiration date to Saturday the 21st so if you want to order them you have until then. Mine came by Fed Ex last Saturday and they turned out pretty good. I passed out a few to family and will pass out the rest after Thanksgiving. Friday night Abigail had a sleepover with Lauren and I didn't have to watch David so I had the house to myself. It was nice. I watched the Ugly Truth and another Grey's Anatomy dvd. Then on Saturday I cleaned. It was nice to clean w/o a little girl wanting to be held and other things. She came home in the afternoon and then later that night Bonnie came over. Then on Sunday we had church. Things were a lot calmer than last week. ;) Travis had to work so Abigail and I went out to my parents house. Please pray for me right now. I am debating about working full time. I'm worried about what to do about Abigail if I do. So lots to think about.
